Multi-sonic Washer

Trinity has taken great strides to become an industry leader in ultrasonic washing.

Using state-of-the-art technology our washers are capable of U/S Frequencies: 25, 40, 72, 104 kHz.

Water purity is a key ingredient to the success of our process.  Our water purification system supplying the multi-sonic washers is state-of-the-art as well. Using a Reverse Osmosis deionized water treatment system capable of achieving 17 meg ohms of purity, we are a leader in the field of washing.

Trinity has capabilities to qualify all of our washing techniques using one or all of the following testing methods.

• Non-volatile residue testing
• Bacteria testing Bioburden /Endotoxin
